By using Quietly, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up using a third-party service (like Google), we receive information from that service as permitted by their privacy settings.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve the product and provide better support.
Site Data
When you connect your website to Quietly, we collect and analyze publicly available information about your site, including page content, meta tags, and technical configuration. We may also connect to third-party services (like Google Search Console) that you authorize.
Social Media Account Data
When you connect social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, or TikTok), we store OAuth tokens required to publish and manage content on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
We sync comments and engagement data from your connected accounts every two hours to provide inbox and analytics features. We use AI to analyze comment sentiment for inbox prioritization. Social analytics data, including post performance and engagement metrics, is retained for up to 180 days.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
